The four Buddhists monks who were dragged away by the Police while they were staging a fast-unto-death near the Fort railway station on Monday will lodge a compliant with the Human Rights Commission this afternoon, JVP member Vijitha Herath said. 

He said the compliant is being lodged against the police for acting in an unlawful manner by dragging the Buddhist monks away.
