Opposition strongman Mangala Samaraweera on his return from CID after making a statement a short while ago said questioning him for three hours over a poster indicates the decline in democracy in Sri Lanka.

MP Samaraweera was questioned over a poster printed for the opposition protest against the 18th amendment.
